Stop me if you've heard this one smiling bouncing smiley.

About 1975 some folks from the Puffing Billy rode the C&TS and they gave us their brochure with a cover shot of people hanging all over a moving train. Having just won (barely) our annual Battle of the Insurance I remarked to one of the Aussies that if we put out a picture like that we would be shut down in a hearbeat. His response: "You Yanks are nuts. Back home we figure that if someone is crazy enough to ride on the roof and they fall off and get hurt it is their own fault."
