To clarify, the Friends does not and has never operated the EBT and FEBT has no say in wether the EBT will operate. The decision not to run in 2012 was made between the owner (Kovalchick Salvage Corporation) and operator (East Broad Top Preservation Association). FEBT's restoration projects have continued unabated through 2012 and into 2013.
