I have seen a Swstand of D&RGW origin with the upper Diamond target Green both sides and the lower Round target Red facing open switch and Yellow on opposite side to indicate open switch leaving siding.

Other stands have Round targets with Yellow both sides and Red both sides and there are some on the C&TS that have the Round and Diamond positions inverted.
