The first turn would have got back to Chama about 345am. By trading engines, they could go back out sooner (430am). The hostlers probably had the second set of power ready when the Cumbres Turn got back.
It doesn't look like the consists of the turns were very high priority, as there wasn't a through trip to pick them up and take them east until 485 is called at 1130pm.
They were tied up when they got back to Chama after the 2nd Turn and didn't come back on until the eastbound arrived from Durango that evening.
