Magma AZ NG archeology

I had some fun today digging up a few artifacts along the NG Magma AZ grade. Mostly spikes, nails and splice bars but we did come up with a couple of odd ball items. The one in the center of the shot looks like a hook for a large chain. The rectangular portion resting on the rock has a large hole for a bolt. I thought that the item to the right of it was a stake pocket when I first took a look but I found that the center was not hollow. Now I am thinking that it is a different design for a queen post. The closest end has a rounded out trough in it that might cradle a rod. The opposite end has part of a bolt in the center.

These items are really flaking apart after being buried for about 90 years.
