Kind of, Weston,

The Lincoln Car was sold to Union Pacific. The Furniture and Silver Service from that car was the impetus for the Union Pacific Museum, now located in the former Carnegie Library Building in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

The Lincoln Car was put on standard four wheel trucks and used on the Colorado Central Railroad Standard Gauge lines. I don't know the later history after the UP and CC, but I know that it ended up in Minnesota, ostensibly to be saved.

The car was destroyed when the field that it was sitting in caught fire and burned the car to the ground. The fire occurred in 1911.
