223 Update!

Greetings,
Just updated the chapter blog with an update on the 223 progress, including some news that should be interesting to those of you that have been following our work.
Remember how the wheels won't turn? Until this past Saturday we blamed it on the bent main rod on the fireman's side. Well, with that rod disconnected, in theory the axles should turn. Sadly, they didn't even with the assistance of a pickup chained to the drawbar pin...so this is going to be harder than we thought.
