For those that missed the "Un-Spectacular" you missed great shop tours, a walking tour of shops with even more machinery running, a walking tour of Mt. Union, and a chance to see the inside of the "old" post office building in Robersdale, which the Friends of the EBT have restored and will turn into a museum.
Oh, and you also missed the only passenger train to operate in 2012. Sadly it was powered by the M-7 and not the 15, but it was a train and it ran. Thank you Mr. Kovalchik for doing that as a thank you to FEBT for all the restoration work they have continued to do.
Oh, yes, we also got to tour the inside of the newly righted blacksmith shop. The FEBT and the EBTPA had raised over $12 thousand for that cause and Mr. Kovalchik put in around $20 thousand of his own money and now the blacksmith shop has been saved.
