D&RGW OO had standard and narrow gauge trucks ( I have heard it was actually just wheelsets) when it was still on the Crystal River. I've only seen the Cooke arch bars on it in pictures.
The OM and ON and the Cooke arch bars and OY was delivered with the "fox" trucks. I think Schwedler is correct as I think they were built up trucks and not true fox trucks. The earliest rotary I have seem these built up trucks under was the Moffat 10200 built in 1904. That was a quick run through of pictures but did not see any. The early UP rotaries like 03002 and the Rome Watertown & Oggdensburg (survives as COnrail 60021) recieved actual fox trucks in later rebuilds.
