Barring a re-certification, it'd only be the end of running on FRA-governed roads. There are still some places within Nevada that Eureka could run. It naturally wouldn't have room to stretch its legs like it can on a full-length line such as the D&S. On the plus side, it'd be nice to see Eureka with the period-style flat car and combine in tow.
