Does Universal Studios still own a 3 foot gauge loco?

Years ago, in thier back lot, they had a loco that was used in many western TV shows & movies. Including the TV show "Alias, Smith & Jones". Does anyone know if Universal Studios still owns this loco. Rumor has it, that they loaned it out to a museum. PICs please if anybody's got em.
