The photo was indeed from the Craft deal in 1992. Yes the video was released in 1993.
John Bush was the CMO at the time. He's a good guy and even did a spot on the Rotary for me in 1991. He is still around, as he recently contacted me on a video matter. Am sure he will see your post and chime in eventually. You can also check the archives.
