That, my young friend, is rare and historic dirt and should be saved and shared.
Bob Richardson, many years ago cleaned out a narrow gauge stock car and had quite a pile of the droppings from former "passengers" of said car. He placed a little notice in the Iron Horse News that if any modelers wanted to add some real flavour to their stock car models, just send the museum a large stout self addressed stamped envelope and the museum would send some of this historic, genuine stuff for your very own. You could put some in your stock cars, or stock yards. There was a bucket of this stuff next to his desk, and for quite while he was letterly sending s--t through the mail.
Now with this in mind, maybe you could offer some of this fine, historic dirt to modelers for maybe a donation of sorts to the project. Rick Steele may even help, now that he is retired.
