While I am not sure when the tender tank/water tank was installed in Arboles, it was before the Navajo Dam relocation was built. There are shots of the tender tank at old Arboles.
I was recently told Navajo Res is down about 30 feet and need to come down another 30 before old Arboles re-appears.
