Re: Sierra Valleys Ry #20 - A Rare Photo!

I have wondered about this locomotive for years.... There is another photo of it in David Myrick's 1955 Western Railroad issue on the N-C-O, on the last page.

There were three of these locos on the Sierra Valley line, and at least some of them came under the control of the N-C-O Ry. But, I have not seen anything in print or elsewhere that indicates where they went after the N-C-O was through with them, even the wrecked No. 2.... This No. 20 has some characteristics that make me think it is No. 2, after it was wrecked.

Of course, it could have been another loco not otherwise recorded in the various loco rosters.
