464/488 ran ahead of # 115 from Lava and arrived at Cumbres at 11:10 while # 115 arrived at Cumbres at 11:15. At Chama, # 115 arrived at 12:04 and 464/488 arrived at 12:05.

Obviously, # 115 was allowed to go on ahead of 464/488, probably at Cumbres, but would 464/488 be allowed to follow the passenger train so closely?
