The Uintah Railway - not only on the boiler jacket but the whole thing, side tanks, cab and all - on as far as I can tell, all of their engines delivered from Baldwin - Olive green with aluminum lettering and pinstripping. All of those wonderfull black and white images have left an impression on our brains. All of those wonderfull locomotives were black - just like so many childs toys - and they were not, at least on the Uintah.
PS there is a whole discussion on the Uintah colors posted last year - do a search to find the details
