Take I76 northeast out of Denver, at Hudson exit on Colorado Highway 52 and head west. At Weld County Road 41, turn North (right) (there will be a sign for the Platte Valley Airport) follow the road for about two miles to WCR 18, again there will be a sign for the Platte Valley Airport. Turn west (left)on WCR 18 and go about a mile to the first intersection, which will be WCR 39. Turn south (left) on WCR 39, it will dead end at the Sundown & Southern in about half a mile. Auction is on July 20.
