Good question. Turns out that Carlton of the Colorado Midland / Midland Terminal gave the abandoned right of way to the State of Colorado for highway purposes with all bridges intact. The iron viaducts east of Buena Vista and the bridge over the Arkansas river by Granite were scrapped in the early 1940s during the WWII steel drives. Perhaps the overpass girder truss at Bath was scrapped at the same time?
One of my favorite Howard Fogg paintings except the CM passenger cars were finished brown/red, not green.
