I recall seeing plans for both published, but you may need to look at the smaller publications.

Both locos are now gone. Stories claim the 4700N was scrapped in the early 1970s after bing used as a gunnery target. The 3000 went to White Pass & Yukon as a switcher, was sold to a banana railroad in Guatamala and reported scrapped in the early 2000s.

Multi-gauge locomotives are either built as narrow gauge (36", meter, 42") or standard-broad gauge (56-1/2", 60", 63", 66"). The engines at the Sierra are standard to broad gauges.
