The C&TS railroaders are as professional a group of railroaders as exist in the industry. They have to be, because they do it with old technology that most "real" railroaders today have never had to deal with. But mistakes are made by the best of folks. And these folks certainly do work under a microscope, which makes a hard job just that harder.
