I hope that R/R management looks at ALL the reviews to not only see what they are doing right, but to see if some of the negatives have a legitimite issue. Hopefully there is something that can be done to fix anything wrong and possibly contact the posters to find out the whole story.

OTOH some people like to complain, and with the internet, they have a world wide stage.
