From what I am told = They are not completed with the stone work, Steves photo shows the work in progress. The State Of New Mexico has a inspector on the job to make sure the contractor is not taking shortcuts and not changing what the contract calls for. SHPO signed off on the work to be done and will be checking it as it goes forward. I had to take photos for SHPO of the foundation work the other day and I do take any photos they want when they request them. When the job is finished and signed off by the state I will get some more photos.
