Well, perjhaps, and anybody can do it, but once you have loaded the page once, they the other graphics should be cached. Future refreshes should not cause a refresh of anything but Just the webcam image. Also, there is no guarantee that the url of the picture will always be the same. so if you do that, you may not get a current picture. Finally, there may well be some other (new) information on the page that you will not see if you use this approach. I would recommend book-marking the home page only.
