Re: F&CC Storehouse

Depending on your definition of the word "storehouse" the F&CC had two loosely defined store rooms. One at Florence and another, later at Canon City. The only thing I could think of that might match what you have found is the "town" of Lewis, between Oro Jct and Canon City. It was a construction point on the Canon City & Cripple Creek but I have no idea why it would have been a delivery point for the box crate you found. It never amounted to much and didn't have a post office. I have one photo of that area, shows not track just a contsruction tent, a few workers and a washer woman.
