Does anybody know the location or locations of the Florence and Cripple Creek Storehouse?
In the process of disassembleing coach #65 for restoration we have confirmed that the car originaly had windows on each side of the door over the platforms. One of the boards under the siding was part of a shipping crate addressed to:
"F.&C.C.R.R.Co."
"STOREKEEPER"
"??????S, COLO."
The destination appears to be a 5-6 letter city ending in "S". My hope is to pin down within a couple of years when these windows were covered.
