It looks like the Poncha Pass siding could not fit all the cars so the Round Hill siding was pressed into service.
Also where did George Brogan come from? Chama was an away-from-home terminal for Durango crews so the crew caller had to grab Brogan from somewhere

There was a notation for Mears Jct of 23 empty coals on one of the tracks at Mears Jct. (appears to read storage)

The 27 cars were 27 loads set out by extra 491 east on March 23. The siding at Mears Jct could hold 30 cars, however, I can't say why the loads were not left on siding.

No reference as to where or how George Brogan got to Chama. I don't find that name on any of my lists.
