Another easy one, Dave. This is the 20" gauge Arizona Copper Co. #5 0-4-4T, backing a loaded copper ore train between the Coronado Incline and Metcalf, Ariz.
This was one of the major flubs in railroad history books, by the author, publisher, and owner of the photograph.
If anyone is interested, this same locomotive is now on display in Morenci, Ariz., after sitting abandoned near the Coronado mine above the Coronado incline for many years.
