For anybody in the Roseville/Auburn/Colfax, California area, the first open meeting of the Placer-Sierra Railroad Heritage Society, will meet this Wednesday, February 27th, at Lou LaBonte's Restaurant in Auburn, California at 7:00 pm. Ken Yeo will be giving a show and presentation on the Nevada County Narrow Gauge.
The goal of this organization is to preserve the history of railroading in the Placer-Sierra area, both standard and narrow gauge. Anyone interested is encouraged to attend. If anybody needs more information, please contact me via e-mail.

The NGDF was started by Don Richter and is currently operated in his memory by Nathan Holmes and others.
