Hi Back Doug!:
One thing good for the old sandhouse is they stopped screening sand years ago.Even the dryer
is mostly in pieces.Before we stopped using the old girl we were buying dried and screened in bulk.It did everything you said except a little worse.As relief watchman I have seen the feed pipe clatter like marbles in a coffie can,holes in the feed pipe.It must have been patched at least three times since I have worked there.A frozen sand hopper.It got so bad,just the tower)
no one was allowed to even change a light bulb
under the tower.Just to preserve it it going to take some major work.You should see the main beams!!
