My mistake-- The 215 had its cupola, ladders, roofwalk and handrails
installed. In 1936 is when 215 became a "red car" and remained so until 1941 at which time the cupola was removed and the car reverted back to the standard Pullman green. That beautiful model IS CORRECT for the period of 1928-1936.
