Mr. Hansen,
in case you haven't noticed (and for everybody else's information, too), the day after you have posted your complaint here, Mr. Burkhardt has added collection information to his page, including placing your e-mail address under each of the three b&w photos of yours that he has displayed. It would be nice if you could acknowledge that.
I agree with you that the credit was due. Like others who have responded here, I am not so sure if you could claim a copyright infringement or similar legal violation. And I am dismayed at the tone in which you brought up your concern, leading to others responding to you in kind.
Feel free to gently remind me of this if I should some time succumb to a similar misstep.
