It was 51 in Maine yesterday. The WW&F yard has some snow cover but the air warmed up quick. The coats came off when we started clearing trees for the planned car storage building on the west side of Sheepscot yard. When the site was cleared we went over to help the shop crew. A hydro static test was run on #10s boiler and the locomotive received a boiler wash. The 1904 Vulcan will get some repair work on the tender truck and have a vacation until the end of March when the line will be plowed. I hope it won't be -40 when we run the plow extra. I have taken digital photos at -20 and the camera does work better than my old Nikon at that temperature
