Dark Olive(?) Green Boiler Jacket Enamel Urethane is as close to tarnish-proof as it gets, but - like nearly everything else in Narrow Gauge Country - it's possible to hide it under a heavy coat of cinders and soot.   Thanks to NATFA*, however, our neighbors to the north have lent assistance in remedying the situation (see [ngdiscussion.net] et seq.)
