Hi, William -

The orange trim is paint, and was being refreshed yesterday during my brief visit.

Black & Orange is the F&W's primary color scheme. Even the F-units, though mostly silver,
had quite a bit of black and orange on them prior to the current blue color applied for a movie
a few years ago. Just be thankful that there are no plans at present to re-paint #14's jacket
Dark Olive Green, even though I offered Dave more than enough of the leftover paint from May
25 to do the job ...
