I do not know any videos that meet your qualifications. The problem with doing something like that is nobody has the wide scope of footage you want to do the All-encompasing dvd on such a big subject. If you are looking for a documentary with still photos, and talking heads, and maps, and a few films, well that could be done, but I am not sure the railfans would buy it without some historic film footage, and I doubt the general public would be that interested unless Ken Burns did it.
This old film footage doesn't grow on trees, and when someone gets it they may not have enough to do an entire show. For example I have never had anything on the SP NG, and only a few bits of Rio Grande on the 3rd Division, and 2 scenes on the RGS. You can't produce something you don't have to start with.
