Its not so much a eBay problem or location problem, its a problem with people in America, here in Dallas Scrapers are puling copper piping out of air conditioners in schools and many other places and selling what ever scrap metal they can get there hands on, there is a lot of stuff out there that needs to be regulated and held accountable for sale/purchase of stolen Items, out at the FPMRR "zoo train in my profile pic" we had a derailment when some hoodlums stole a 14ft section of 12 pound rail out in the park, luckily it was the morning right of way check so no one was on the train but the point remains.
