In a word, No.
There are two survey's that still exist at the CHS (or whatever the latest acronym is) Library in Denver for the projected line. Both were to go over Loveland Pass. Both surveys were done while the CC/GB&L was under UP control.
The A&P tunnel, while rumored to be a part of this venture, was a private enterprise and not affiliated with the GB&L's attempt to leap the pass.
One survey shows two tunnels, the other shows none. Both were to connect with the DSP&P trackage at Keystone.
With the snow that piles up on Loveland Pass, the line would have been nothing but a money pit, even more than Boreas Pass was.
But as a modeler or daydreamer it's fun to imagine...
