476 funding?

Would it even help if there was a mass movement in the railroad group to get money together to help Al's mind? I have thought of doing a collection of 476 drawings to put towards something like that. Also if she could run on the C&TS for a charter. Just think of the San Juan once again. Would there be a way to make money?
