British built locomotive for the FCI

I have recently acquired a catalogue dated April 1911 of locomotives built by the British manufacturer Kerr Stuart & Co. Most are of what might be considered typical British design with plate frames. On exception is a 2-8-0 built for the FCI of Mexico, with bar frames. I thought readers of this forum might like to see the picture.
