That sounds like whats there today, except the 9 miles of 85lb got changed out for 90lb (?) welded rail in the 1980's. At the same time about 7 miles of 90lb welded rail was installed on the Antonito Branch. The welded rail starts about MP 240.5 and continues all the way into the yard and most of the way to the west end of the yard.

As for 116 lb rain needed for L131's, I doubt the Grande owned any 116 lb rail when they were built. Modern diesels have much heavier axle loadings that 3600's.
