According to the map and timetable in the book Ghost Railroads of Kentucky, Campton Jct and Nada were only about 10 miles apart.

Also Sulzer wrote two other books;
Ghost Railroads of Indiana
Ghost Railroads of Tennessee

Both have been reprinted in the mid 80's. I have a extra copy of the Tennessee book from the first printing. Anyone needing it? Drop me a private message and we can negotiate a price.
