In the book, "The Mudhens" by Dennis O'berry, on page 16 there is reprinted a letter dated Sept. 24, 1931 by F.C. Krauser of the RGS about trading the 3 4-6-0's for mudhens from the D&RGW. Evidently, the D&RGW was leasing the #20, #22 & #25 at that time. Possibly this photo dates from that time.
