It appears to be former Denver & Rio Grande #76, an 1880 class 56 Baldwin. I'm still piecing rosters together but it seems that at least three former D&RG narrow gauge locomotives ended up in Sonora, probably more. I still suspect the second locomotive came from the Arizona & New Mexico RR, as the Cananea Consolidated seems to have acquired much of their roster when the converted to standard gauge. (Unfortunately it doesnt match the known rosters of the A&NM) any other insight/ opinions encouraged, thanks, Duane
