Dos Mystery Locos

A few mystery expatriate locos that reappeared south of the border circa 1900-1904: Do these locomotives look familiar to anyone? Any help is apppreciated
This is one of several unidentified locomotives on the Moctezuma narrow gauge RR. As a footnote, this photograph was taken prior to the arrival of the standard gauge, meaning that it was somehow hauled 90 miles by wagon.
I have no information on this loco: The photograph quality is not great and steam hides some of the details, but it appears to be a 2-6-0?
