I assume the purpose of all the track laying is to provide a connection from the SN engine house to the D&S track. I see that the D&S moved the freight cars enough to allow the installation of the new switch on their trackage. What is eventual plan for the freight cars? The track they are on would have to be cleared in order for the 315 to move from the engine house onto the D&S main line.
