That's the reason for the more indepth survey being done now. The first one was a slam, bam, thankyou mam when you compare whats being done now. I think it is a good idea to get a second opinion. If they both agree with replacement, well I hope some state steps up to the plate to find a way to fund replacement. But without a doubt, the survey being done now is much more complete. They are even going over to the other twin bridge at Cascade to compare what they are finding at Lobato. Hopefully when the report comes out, it will be very clear what needs to be done.
