I'm wondering if it was the scrap train. It looks like Gunnison to me perhaps. The engine looks like it is on the lead into the turntable at the roundhouse. The middle track looks like the ashpit track, and the closest track looks like the aspit cleanup track.

Just my 2 cents worth.
