More Thomas stuff

I have a couple of questions regarding Thomas running on tourist operations.
(1) Approximately how much does it cost to license the engine, rental, or whatever for a weekend or more?
(2) What are the restrictions on videotaping such an event. I realize they have their own Thomas the Tank engine Videos for sale, such as the TV shows, etc, but what about doing a video of the weekend event, as a souvenir item? Would this or any other variation of new Thomas videos be allowed?
If the costs are not prohibitive I think there is some real merit for doing these. Assuming it is profitable where is the downside?
