This is the only source I am familiar with listing specific historic construction drawings. The DeGolyer Library at Southern Methodist University has a collection of Baldwin drawings, however I understand finding a specific one is a matter of chance. I seem to recall that someone has a collection of ALCO drawings, but I don’t know who. Perhaps D&S would be the best chance for K-28 drawings.
